We were commissioned for a brand storytelling brief to evolve the Strand Palace Hotel brand (owned by London & Regional Hotels). Change and an invigorating catalyst for the brand, ahead of a comprehensive refurbishment programme.
Our brand articulation process uncovered and communicated the wonderful Strand Palace brand story which goes back to its inception in 1909.  We defined and developed an authentic and differentiating brand promise “Heart of London”, which equipped the business with a framework from which to communicate.
The strategy was set, creativity flowed, and our branding work influenced much of the new-look Strand Palace. Fresh interior and exterior signage was designed and produced. We also named Haxells, the hotel’s new F&B offering and created a suite of marketing communications collateral that spoke as one throughout the hotel.
